Having overcome psoriasis, an autoimmune disorder, through connecting with her emotional, physical and mental health as a whole, Michelle guides her clients to take back control of their health. Her process takes her clients on a journey of self-discovery where they learn to slow down, listen to their bodies, and trust their intuition so they can love and support themselves.
